Working closely together with the technical experts, we defined a consistent go-to-market strategy. Additionally, we created a KPI-based demand & awareness generation plan as well as a content strategy and design guidelines.
After just 3 months, Consult & Connect was ready to launch their pay-per-use services at the Hannover Messe 2018. Thanks to a strong web presence & broad cross-channel digital campaigns, they were able to generate first leads.
Customer requirement: pay-per-use services for IoT in manufacturing
Supported by the IoT marketing experts from Bosch.IO, Consult & Connect launched OEE Improve! IoT Services – pay-per-use services for manufacturing.
The IoT exploration team Consult & Connect at grow, Bosch's start-up platform, developed a minimal viable product (MVP), called OEE Improve! IoT Services. These cloud-based services help production experts improve the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of their machines and are paid per use. Instead of selling a ready-to-use product, Consult & Connect follow their own innovation approach. The team uses its MVP to jointly develop solutions with their customers, that ultimately meet the end-users’ needs.
Consult & Connect conferred with our IoT Marketing experts to find customers who were eager to work on a tailored solution together. The goal was to create a go-to-market strategy and realize all relevant marketing activities for the MVP-solution’s successful launch at the Hannover Messe 2018.

This partnership also meant the grow team was extremely well prepared for the Hannover Messe 2018 – Consult & Connect officially presented their MVP solution OEE Improve! IoT Services to the manufacturing and IoT community at the event. After five days of countless demonstrations and exciting conversations, the Consult & Connect team were able to generate their first leads for OEE Improve! IoT Services.
